Pedachess Team Leads CPAN Chess League after 5 rounds

Pedachess Team is leading with 3points after defeating Outliers Team on the 5th round which was played on Sunday 21st August 2016.
Lekki club in 2nd place are full 3points behind Pedachess team, a good strategy that helped was bringing in reinforcement FM Fawole John Oyeyemi (formal national champion) and CM Oragwu Nonso. A draw by Pedachess or a loss will hopefully see Lekki team at the top of the table if they keep winning their games.
Facility Control got controlled by Lekki team and couldn’t get past Magic Magnus with a draw, hence settled for 3rd place with 10 match points.
Team Saxx and Blue Ocean are both tied for 4th position.
Greater tomorrow now stands at the bottom of the table. Lets hope they can pull themselves back up and prove they are indeed greater for tomorrow!

Some exciting games during this league especially the game between CM Akinseye Abiola vs Ogunwobi Tolulope which was annotated by the CM Abiola himself.
